Half a painting is no painting, even it was a painting one day.

This painting was a result of many studies and with me for already 6 years. It even had a temporary home, but came back as it is quite big.

Looking at it time and time again. Instead of appreciating, I started to see all these elements I wished I had done better

Last year I couldn't resist.
I started to Improve.
I never finished it again.

So, time for a fresh start instead of a wasted canvas.
I will make the bike view again, but smaller. Now it's just time for something new.

I feel relieved that this half thing is out of my atelier, although it was killing a darling.

This one came to me out of nowhere—completely unplanned, in the middle of something else. First made it as a tiny sketch during my daily drawing practice (over a year and a half strong now), and lingered there until it was ready to become something bigger.

Finally she is here! I've sent her in for the art price. Everyone I showed it to found something different in it, yet it felt familiar to them somehow. That’s what I like about it the most —open, abstract, and personal all at once.

I’ve given it a title that leaves space rather than defines it, so you can see in it what you want to see:
